Virtual Online Training
It’s often not possible for us to work together in person. Sometimes the logistics do not work out, but online training can be a great solution when a focused one-to-one approach is needed. In addition, online training via video link enables regular sessions regardless of location (or pandemics!).

Group Training Online:
Currently Ames Active is Holding one virtual “Balance By Design” class weekly. Where students across the country attend and work on improving their balance but also increasing their overall mobility and confidence. One to One In-Person Training
I work with a select number of clients on a one-to-one basis in Fairfield County CT, and surrounding areas, usually in a client’s home or local private gym /dance studio.
This is perfect for clients who need a focused, in-person approach to training, who value their time, and privacy, and who want to avoid overcrowded gyms.
